Deep Dive
My Design Workflow
The design process is a strategic, iterative journey that ensures a user-centered approach, from initial research to post-launch support. The following five steps outline the key phases of this workflow:
Research, User & Business Analysis
Wireframing and Prototyping
UX/UI Design
Testing and Iteration
Delivery and Post-launch Support

Process, Approach & Tools -
1. Research, User & Business Analysis
Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. This step involves creating user personas, analyzing trends, and gathering insights through surveys, interviews, or analytics.
Key Focus:
- User research
- Personas
- Competitor analysis
- Market trends
2. Wireframing and Prototyping
Create low-fidelity wireframes to lay out the structure and flow of the design. Build clickable prototypes to simulate user interactions.
Key Focus:
- Wireframes
- Prototypes
- User flow
- Interactive elements
3. UX/Ui Design
Focus on the visual design, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX). Choose color schemes, typography, and layout to enhance usability and aesthetic appeal.
Key Focus:
- Visual design
- Color schemes
- Typography
- Interaction design
4. Testing and Iteration
Test the design with real users to identify pain points, usability issues, or performance problems. Use feedback to make iterative improvements.
Key Focus:
- Usability testing
- A/B testing
- Feedback collection
- Iterative design
5. Delivery and Post-launch Support
Deliver the final design to developers for implementation and launch. Offer post-launch support to address any issues or improvements.
Key Focus:
- Final handoff
- Launch preparation
- Post-launch monitoring
- Ongoing support
Design Thinking
Design thinking is a human-centered approach to innovation that draws from the designer’s toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the possibilities of technology, and the requirements for business success.
The Design Thinking process can be broken down into five steps or phases:
Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test.
I specialize in designing complex Design Systems that streamline handoff and development while ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
My approach is rooted in the Atomic Design framework, which deconstructs digital product layouts into fundamental building blocks, or "atoms."
A Design System, built using Atomic Design principles, serves as a comprehensive set of guidelines, rules, and graphical assets that ensure consistency and continuity within a digital ecosystem. This methodology not only enhances development efficiency but also delivers an adaptive and visually unified brand experience for users.

My Best Friends
I’ve been using Figma daily since 2018 to design wireframes, UI, and macro interactions for seamless collaboration and sharing.
I’m also proficient with other tools like Framer, a platform for creating dynamic prototypes that bring interactions to life.
I use ChatGPT as a support tool during my work hours to streamline tasks, brainstorm ideas, and refine my content. It helps me save time, enhance creativity, and improve the quality of my deliverables by providing instant feedback and suggestions.
